These terms govern the purchase of tickets and cabin bookings for the KON.X.ION event taking place on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Bethel Lozana, Guatapé, Colombia. By completing a purchase on konxion.us you agree to these terms.
KON.X.ION is an open-air music event featuring international DJs. Doors open at 1PM and the event runs until 5AM on Sunday, July 19, 2026. The venue is Bethel Lozana, Guatapé, Antioquia, Colombia.
General admission tickets are priced at $35 USD per person. A maximum of 10 tickets may be purchased per transaction. Tickets grant access to the event for the full duration. Capacity is limited to 120 attendees.
Cabin packages include event admission plus one night's accommodation at Bethel Lozana. Two options are available:
All cabin prices are per cabin, not per person, and include general admission for all occupants.
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing payment you authorise the charge for the full amount shown at checkout.
Tickets: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered once payment is complete, except as required by applicable law or in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
Cabin bookings: Cabin bookings are non-refundable after purchase. If you cannot attend, your booking is non-transferable without prior written consent from the organiser.
Right of withdrawal (retracto) — Colombia: Under Colombia's Estatuto del Consumidor (Ley 1480 de 2011), consumers who purchase online have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 5 business days of the transaction, provided the event has not yet occurred and the withdrawal is requested before the event date. To exercise this right, contact us at support@konxion.us within the applicable period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
In the unlikely event that KON.X.ION is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to force majeure, natural disasters, government orders, or venue unavailability), we will notify all ticket holders via email. In the case of cancellation, full refunds will be issued. In the case of postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date; refunds may be requested within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
Attendance at KON.X.ION is at your own risk. KON.X.ION and its organisers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance at the event, except where required by mandatory applicable law.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012.
