This policy explains how KON.X.ION ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you purchase tickets, book a cabin, or contact us through konxion.us. We comply with Colombia's data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) and applicable international standards.
When you buy a ticket or book a cabin: your name, email address, and payment information. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
When you contact us through the site: your name, email address, and the message you send.
We do not collect browsing data, cookies, or any information beyond what you voluntarily provide.
Your information is used solely to fulfill your ticket or cabin reservation, send you event updates, and respond to your messages. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Stripe processes payments. Your card data goes directly to Stripe and is subject to their privacy policy.
Resend delivers transactional emails (confirmations, updates). Your name and email are transmitted to Resend for this purpose.
Vercel hosts this website. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) may be retained by Vercel per their privacy policy.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill your reservation and comply with legal obligations, and no longer than two years after the event.
Under Ley 1581 you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at support@konxion.us. We will respond within 15 business days.
